5 Things To Know Before Booking A Mobile Coffee Cart

1. We Don’t Need Much

We only need about 10x10 feet of space and an electrical outlet to set up our mobile coffee cart. We don’t need a water supply, ice, or cups—everything needed to serve great drinks is included in your package. We prefer that the space is ADA accessible, but if not, we can disassemble the cart and reassemble it inside the serving location.


2. The Bees Love Coffee, Too

If you’re planning an outdoor event during the hotter months, consider finding a spot indoors to host the cart. Espresso machines are temperature-sensitive and cannot be exposed to extreme heat, which is common in Texas summers. Additionally, our fun flavors are enticing not just for guests but for bees as well! Finding an indoor location for the coffee helps prevent bees and other insects from visiting our cart alongside your guests.


3. Decaf Options Are Available

Especially for evening events, guests tend to prefer decaf drinks, so we recommend keeping this in mind when booking coffee catering. We offer a standard caffeinated espresso bar, but you can request decaf teas and drip coffee. Alternatively, we can provide a fully decaffeinated espresso bar while including caffeinated drip coffee, chai, matcha, and other hot teas to ensure everyone finds a drink they enjoy.

4. You Can Customize The Bar

We’ve customized cups and our cart for various events across Central Texas, and we’re always amazed at how cohesive a custom cart can make an event feel. You can add your logo to the coffee cups, menu, and even the front of the cart. Customizations allow you to elevate your event beyond simply booking the espresso bar.
