Custom Coffee Cart for Employee Appreciation

From customer to coffee cart entrepreneur.

The first time I experienced a coffee bar, it was a random weekday morning at my office job. I stumbled into the kitchen for a mid-morning snack and there he was...

I knew the West Coast was a coffee hub but seeing a single man in a denim apron behind an espresso cart felt like seeing my favourite candy get made—✨magic✨ I was shocked that no one else seemed excited that he was there, but I was.

I stood in line, eager and energized, and ordered a fun drink from a kind-eyed, coffee slinger.

As a lowly copywriter who didn't feel previously seen by my company, this experience stayed with me.

Few companies have the bandwidth to remind employees how much they matter. Most places are laser focused on the hard numbers and decks and presentations that will skyrocket them into success, but it's the people behind those presentations that make all the difference. And when those employees don't feel seen or cared for, disengagement grows.

And that hurts the bottom line more than most would care to admit.

Coffee catering for employee appreciation is not the only way to maintain an engaged workforce, but it's part of the puzzle.

Employees need strong ethical managers, safe environments, and meaningful work. And they also need some of the softer, more experiential reminders that they are more than their work—they are whole people who appreciate a catered lunch now and again and a solid cup of coffee brought right to their office.

Brooklynd's Coffee is dedicated to helping companies across Central Texas create meaningful experiences that serve, engage, motivate their employees. We've served teachers, nurses, human resources teams, software developers, administrators, CEOs, salesfolk, marketers, and financial professionals for over two years. And the consistent feedback is never directed at us. Time and time again, employees grab their coffee and they excited to head back to work, more energized for the day ahead, and filled with gratitude for leaders who care for them.

Hope to serve at your next all-hands, morning coffee break, or breakfast bar soon!
